though you might know me online as @resaa.art. In my childhood and teenage years, I’ve always been the “art kid”. But somewhere between growing up and juggling the many responsibilities of adult life, I lost my connection to creating altogether. After a 10-year break – without even holding a pencil – I finally returned to art and taught myself everything from scratch.

That journey shaped my belief that art is truly essential in this world. It’s not some mysterious talent reserved for a few – it’s a skill you can learn. At any age, at any stage of life, and regardless of prior experience.

Alongside creating, I’ve spent the past few years professionally researching the depths of social psychology. Today, I train management professionals in topics like resilience and self-leadership. This work has not only challenged my personal growth – it’s also deeply influenced my mindset around artmaking.

I’m a firm believer in the growth mindset. And the message is simple: You can learn anything.
