Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Rebekka,

though you might know me online as @resaa.art. In my childhood and teenage years, I’ve always been the “art kid”. But somewhere between growing up and juggling the many responsibilities of adult life, I lost my connection to creating altogether. After a 10-year break – without even holding a pencil – I finally returned to art and taught myself everything from scratch.

That journey shaped my belief that art is truly essential in this world. It’s not some mysterious talent reserved for a few – it’s a skill you can learn. At any age, at any stage of life, and regardless of prior experience.

Alongside creating, I’ve spent the past few years professionally researching the depths of social psychology. Today, I train management professionals in topics like resilience and self-leadership. This work has not only challenged my personal growth – it’s also deeply influenced my mindset around artmaking.

I’m a firm believer in the growth mindset. And the message is simple: You can learn anything.

For me, the magic lies in enjoying the process rather than chasing efficiency. Every piece I create is a reminder that art is just as much about exploration and play as it is about results – and I love encouraging others to discover that joy for themselves.

Along the way, you’ll discover how to use color purposefully - applying palettes and techniques that set the mood, breathe life into your drawings, and add that final touch of enchantment.

Create Your Fairytale

You’ll learn how to weave all these aspects of composition and character design together, allowing your artwork to tell its own wonderful story. You’ll also discover how to create a character portrait that feels ready to leap from the canvas straight into a fairytale world.
